My contribution
I work the food delivery vertical in a cross-functional team of 12. Past feature delivery, the two measurable wins are a database schema rework with the backend team that improved query efficiency by 50%, and a profiling pass over the slowest screens that cut load times and raised responsiveness.
The hard part
Delivery, grocery and retail share surfaces, so a change in one vertical cannot regress the others. Realm keeps the app usable when the connection drops mid-order.
