Delivery, grocery and retail share surfaces, so a change in one vertical cannot regress the others. Realm keeps the app usable when the connection drops mid-order.

A modular travel platform (flights, hotels, eSIM and insurance), shipped as an embeddable module inside a native super app.
It does not ship as an APK. CI builds an Android AAR and an iOS xcframework and publishes both to GitHub Packages for the native super app to consume, so the module has to hand off tokens, force logout when refresh fails, exit cleanly back to native, and reset its own state on resume.

The mobile client for a multi-tenant ERP (sales, purchasing, warehouse, POS, CRM and accounting), on phones and Sunmi POS handhelds.
One binary has to behave like a different product for every tenant. A server-driven permission layer gates each module and each CRUD action from the ACLs returned at login, and subdomain-based base-URL switching points the same build at whichever backend that tenant runs.

The slot engine had to reconcile six independent sources of unavailability (opening hours, per-staff working hours, full-day leave, mid-day breaks, short absences and live bookings) without ever double-booking. Merging the blocked periods into normalised intervals first keeps it linear, instead of testing every candidate slot against every constraint.

I work on both sides of the wire. Most of what I ship runs in the field on unreliable connections, so the mobile work centres on offline-first storage, sync conflict resolution, and keeping startup and list rendering fast on low-end Android hardware. On the backend I design the schema and the API surface, then keep them honest with indexes, transactions and contract tests. I have owned products end to end (data model, API, client architecture, release pipeline) and run the code reviews that keep the next engineer productive.
Flutter and Dart as the primary stack, with native Android where the platform work demands it. Clean architecture, BLoC/Cubit state management, dependency injection, navigation, theming, localisation with full RTL, and the release pipelines that get signed builds onto both stores.
The problem behind most of my work: field teams lose connectivity mid-shift and cannot lose data. Local persistence, writes queued on device, conflict resolution on reconnect, and background sync, so a driver keeps selling through a dead zone and nothing is lost when the signal returns.
REST services and the schemas underneath them. Transactional integrity across multi-table writes, role-based access control, indexing and query optimisation, contract-tested OpenAPI specs, and containerised deploys. A schema rework at Yassir improved query efficiency by 50%.
Protecting released binaries against reverse engineering, encrypting data at rest on device, and integrating the systems a business already runs: maps, push, payments, CRM and accounting. CI pipelines, code review and mentoring alongside it.
